Sitting in pergola surounded by trees, plants and ponds full of animals. I can hear birds, fish, mouses, insects, but also whispering of oak branches in winds. The sounds come to me from every direction. I surrender my hand with the brush completely under the control of these sounds, I just have to sit still, breathe regularly, hold the paper when the wind grows stronger. There are many imperfections in the drawings which I consider natural - hand shaking due concentraion lost, ink fading of the brush stroke, uneven layout of the field lines - sound echoes records, annual rings of wood or weather maps. Crossfading of various sounds, represented by bright colours, create polyphonic moireé, similarly to sound designing with analogue synthesizers. Present drawings are mostly unnamed, because everyone can name what they see, they are not abstract or figurative, they are intended only as recordings of sounds.
