Eternal Return (Třeboň 2026)

Under the title Eternal Return, I will exhibit paintings, drawings and graphics inspired mainly by the environment in which I live and work, namely in a secluded place near Třeboň. It is also about returning to the wild nature of my native Prague and a creative awakening in a studio with a view of forests and ponds. I am originally a graphic artist, illustrator and typographer, but only in the last decade have I systematically devoted myself to free creation, in which I like to follow up on decadent tendencies that I also use in my musical work. With curator Kristýna Jirátová, the author of the concept of this exhibition, I have already worked on several major group and individual projects: Festival of Horror in Buštěhrad, Solitude in the Middle of the Crowd at GASK in Kutná Hora, Endemic Monsters in Pilsen and Josefov, and most recently Doppelganger in the House at the Stone Bell in Prague. This is my first major exhibition in Třeboň, and I even painted some of the new paintings with an eye to the beautiful spaces of the former town hall, imbued with the spirit of the Renaissance.
